* Note only a money order or cashier's check is accepted (no personal check).
* We will not process your payment unless your application is approved.
3. Approval Process
Submission of your application does not guarantee your approval.
You will be notified on or around May 1, 2019 if your application is approved.
GENERAL VENDOR GUIDELINES
FESTIVAL DATES & HOURS OF OPERATION
Thursday June 13th 05:00 pm - midnight
Friday June 14th 05:00 pm - midnight
Saturday June 15th 05:00 pm - midnight
Vendors may begin to set up Thursday, June 13th at 11:00 am. Vendors will NOT be allowed to set up prior to this date and/or time.
BOOTH / TRAILER COST
Booth - 10' x 10'
Trailer - 10' x 30'
A 10' x 10' booth space will be $250.00 and trailers will be $350.00 payable in advance (NO REFUNDS). Full payment is required to secure a booth or trailer space at the above rental fee on or before May 1. After May 1, a 10' x 10' booth space will be $300.00 and trailers will be $400.00 payable in advance (NO REFUNDS). One electrical outlet and electricity is included in the booth/trailer space rental fee. For more information on electrical needs, please review the vendor packet link above.
Vendors will receive six event entrance wristbands (two per night) for access once gate admission is charged. Additional wristbands may be purchased in advance for $15.00 each. Vendors will receive ONE parking pass. You must park in the designated vendor parking only. You must purchase additional wristbands and parking passes from the CTR Committee.
