* Note that only money order or cashier's check is accepted (no personal check). We will not process your payment unless your application is approved.
3. Approval Process
Submittal of your application does not guarantee your approval.
You will be notified on or around May 1, 2017 if your application was approved.
GENERAL VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS
Set-up may begin after 12 noon on Thursday, June 8
Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 5:00pm-12:00am
Friday, June 9, 2017 from 5:00pm-12:00am
Saturday, June 10, 2017 from 3:00pm-1:00am
Covered Wood Food Booths – 10x10
Trailers – 10x30 space
Electricity is provided but vendors required to provide any equipment needed such as tables, chairs, lighting, appliances, electrical equipment, etc.
There are 6 armbands (2 for each of 3 days) for in and out access once gate admission is charged. Additional armbands may be purchased at $50 each, or workers will have to pay gate admission.
Full payment is required to secure a booth or trailer.
Food Booths - $250 each
Trailer Space - $400 each
After May 20, 2017, all prices increase $50 each and no refund after this date.
We will issue ONE vendor parking pass. Vehicles may be unloaded in booth area and then moved to the Vendor Parking area. All vehicles must be out of the booth area by 4:00pm on June 9 & 10 and 2:00pm on June 10, 2017.
